Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses and in accordance with established policies and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed nurses and physicians
Deliver quality care while promoting independence, dignity, and respect for residents
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff members
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with changing healthcare regulations and best practices
