Job SummaryProvides spiritual counseling services that support the patient's ability to achieve the goals outlined in the Plan of Care. Spiritual care is delivered in a manner that respects and aligns with the patient's spiritual beliefs, religious preferences, cultural background, customs, and ethnicity. Provides these services under the direction of the physician and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with the Agency's established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
