- Diagnose and repair avionics discrepancies using approved technical data.
- Perform operational checks and testing of navigation, communication, autopilot, radar, and other avionics systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical wiring and system integration issues.
- Support scheduled inspections, modifications, and avionics upgrades.
- Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company maintenance manuals.
- Document completed work and verify parts traceability.
- Install and configure avionics components and perform post-installation checks.
- Maintain high workmanship, safety, and compliance standards.
- Assist with tool calibration compliance and provide technical input for improvements.
- Travel for Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support as required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- 3–5 years of avionics experience on turbine aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of digital avionics systems and system integration.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Preferred: FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
- Preferred: Experience working on Learjet aircraft.
- Competitive pay of $30–$36 per hour.
