What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with business owners and commercial clients
• Identify insurance needs and provide tailored business insurance solutions
• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
• Partner with Farmers agents to expand commercial insurance offerings
• Present proposals, quote policies, and close new business
• Deliver exceptional service while growing your book of business
• Stay informed on commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients
• Sales, business development, or insurance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Property & Casualty licensing (or willingness to obtain, depending on state requirements)
