🩸 Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections accurately and safely.

• Collect, label, process, and transport specimens according to established protocols.

• Verify patient identification and ensure proper specimen handling.

• Provide professional and compassionate patient care during blood draws.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow laboratory procedures.

• Follow infection-control, safety, and compliance standards.

• Communicate effectively with nurses, laboratory staff, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
