We're looking for an HVAC Installer - Commercial Journeyman to lead crews and ensure high-quality, on-time installations while working on new construction projects. This role will focus primarily on installation and sheet metal fabrication. With over 40 years of experience and a growing construction and remodel division, we specialize in commercial installation, repair, and maintenance for HVAC systems. Overtime as needed.Daily Responsibilities:New Construction Installation projects: Install commercial heating/air conditioning systems, ductwork, gas piping, and refrigerant pipingLead and mentor install crewsRead and follow blueprints and wiring diagramsPerform brazing, and soldering, and on-site fabricationRequired Licenses:EPA UniversalValid driver's license with insurable recordRequired Experience:1+ years commercial or residential HVAC installation ExperienceSheet Metal Fabrication and Commercial New ConstructionAbility to accurately interpret blueprints and wiring diagramsProficiency in gas and refrigerant piping installationLift up to 50 lbsPreferred Qualifications:HVAC trade school certificationStrong knowledge of safety practices and HVAC codesExperience with Low-Voltage HVAC SystemsCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
