Chivalry Behavioral and Autism Therapy
Houston, TX, US Full Time

Job Description

Job Description
Join Our Team as a Community Liaison at Chivalry ABA

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? At Chivalry ABA, we provide life-changing autism care for children through compassionate support and measurable progress. Located on Huffmeister Rd near Cypress, our clinician-founded therapy center is designed exclusively for children with autism, ages 2–18. We’re proud to offer a supportive, growth-focused environment where your work truly changes lives.

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Community Liaison to help spread the word about our mission and services across the Houston area. If you’re ready to connect with families, doctors, and the community while contributing to meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a Community Liaison, you’ll be the face of Chivalry ABA in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting pediatricians, therapists, and diagnosticians to build and maintain referral relationships.
- Giving short talks and presentations at offices and schools to share our mission.
- Representing Chivalry ABA at resource fairs, school events, and community gatherings.
- Answering parents’ questions and connecting them with our intake team.
- Managing our social media presence by posting updates and capturing photos and videos at events.
- Keeping track of contacts and reporting on outreach efforts to identify what’s working.

This is a people-focused role that will have you out in the community most days, covering areas like Houston, Katy, Cypress, and Spring.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who thrives on building relationships and is ready to hit the ground running. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in outreach, healthcare marketing, or a similar relationship-building role.
- Confidence and comfort in speaking with both doctors and parents.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule independently.
- A valid driver’s license, reliable car, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Spanish language skills are a big plus!
- No clinical background is required — we’ll provide the training you need.

If you already have relationships with Houston-area pediatric offices or school districts, let us know — we’d love to discuss how your experience can make an even greater impact.

Pay and Schedule
  • Salary: $42,000–$54,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on completed intakes.
  • Mileage: Reimbursed at the IRS rate.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, with occasional evening or Saturday events.
Why Join Chivalry ABA?

At Chivalry ABA, we’re more than just a therapy center — we’re a community dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Our team is built on compassion, collaboration, and a shared commitment to measurable progress. When you join us, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your growth is valued and your work has a direct impact on the lives of children with autism.
