Cheese Production Operator - 700 lb blocks of cheese

Location: Milbank, SD
Schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts, Night: 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
Weekend Work: Alternating weekends

• Package cheese into large boxes following standard procedures.
• Operate equipment in the packaging room safely and efficiently.
• Check weights and make sure each box meets specifications.
• Keep records and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain safety and quality by following food safety guidelines and wearing proper PPE.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitation
• Help train new team members when needed.
• Communicate with your supervisor to keep production running smoothly.

• Team player with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow safety and quality standards.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willing to obtain Forklift certification
• Must be 18 or older.

Work Environment:
You’ll be in a food production setting with moving equipment and some noise. Proper safety gear is provided.
