Endodontist Opportunity- Part time

Position: Endodontist- Part time 2 days a week in a General Dentistry Private practice. Very flexible opportunity.

This is a well-established private practice that is staffed with 4 general dentists.

Average monthly new patient flow is averaging 75 patients per month.

Compensation structure will be discussed with the dentist owner.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality endodontic care to patients, including diagnosing and treating dental pain, performing root canal therapy, and managing dental trauma cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, apicoectomy, and retreatment

- Diagnose and treat dental pain and infections

- Interpret radiographs and other diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment

- Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care

- Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques and technology

- Adhere to all OSHA and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

- Completed an accredited endodontic residency program

- Current state dental license and malpractice insurance

- Strong clinical skills and experience in performing endodontic procedures

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently and independently

- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Contract Details:

This is a part-time position . The schedule will be flexible and can be discussed further during the interview process. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
