Canton-Production Coordinator - Kids and Students

Position Summary: This role oversees the RevKids and RevStudents Production Teams (and associated AVL and technology) at the Canton Campus.Christian Requirements: A demonstrated Christian faith commitment.A passion for the vision of the Revolution Church.Dependable church attendance at Revolution Church.Signed commitment to The Revolution Church Stewardship Covenant.Essential Functions:Recruits, trains, and develops RevKids and RevStudents Production Team members. Oversees and maintains all audio, video, lighting, and production communication systems and production areas (Kids and Students).Oversees supplies and equipment budgets for Kids and Students production.In coordination with ministry leaders, oversees the execution of all major event pre-production (lighting programming, building ProPresenter, production scheduling in Planning Center, or any other technical items needed for events or gatherings).Serves regularly in all events for kids/student gatherings and special events.Leads Kids and Student gatherings' technical setup and teardown, if necessary.Attends staff, departmental meetings, and safety and health training, as required, on time.Works when scheduled and complies with the company's attendance policy.Observe and practice all safety procedures and policies.Position may require some travel.Participates in training as directed.Other duties as assigned. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
