AM, PM, and NOC Shifts

Job Summary:

Greendale Park Nursing & Rehab, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, utilizing your expertise to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met. We are seeking a full-time CNA to work AM, PM, and NOC shifts, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and supportive care environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and mobility and transfers

  • Assist with medication administration, treatment implementation, and wound care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and observations

  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, therapy, and social work, to ensure comprehensive care

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients, families, and colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNA preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
