Golf Cart & LSV Assembly Technician

At BC Companies, you'll be equipped with all the training, and resources you need to try new things, gain new experiences, and build a career with unlimited horizon.Assemble new golf carts and LSVs from the ground up on a stage style assembly line.DutiesAssemble golf carts and LSVs according to detailed specifications and work instructionsUse hand tools and power tools to perform precise assembly tasksOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move parts and finished productsConduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiencyAssist in troubleshooting mechanical issues during assembly as neededFollow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipmentCollaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goalsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Loads and unloads materials from delivery trucks onto warehouse.Prepare and stock parts as needed in work space.Installs parts in specified relationship to each other.Verifies completion of structure/stage.Applies latest OSHA codes, industry standards, and company policies in daily work.Manages assigned tools and diagnostic equipment.Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment (as needed)Forklift and hand truck operation (as needed)Basic vehicle operation skills.Teamwork is required.Other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Knowledge of automotive, small engine, and automotive electrical a plus!Must have high school education and/or minimum 6 months related experience or training in manufacturing or warehouse operations.Work Environment / Physical Activity:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
