Desired Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in acute care or hospital respiratory therapy
  • Proficient in mechanical ventilation management, airway diagnostics, and emergency respiratory support
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments, diagnostics, and treatment of patients with respiratory issues
  • Administer medications and therapeutic interventions as prescribed
  • Manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment efficiently and safely
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory care protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards
