Speech Language Pathologist in Sebastian, FL

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Florida (or eligibility)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration also given to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience or interest in working within the school setting
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for assigned students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school policies
• Maintain open, proactive communication with teachers, staff, and families
• Document progress and comply with state, district, and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
