Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Johnson, VT

Candidates skilled in teletherapy and accustomed to working with diverse student needs will excel in this collaborative setting. While telepractice expertise is welcomed, in-person instruction is required for this role.

Qualifications:

• Certification or eligibility as a Special Education Teacher
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, SLPA credentials or relevant special education certification
• Experience in school-based or healthcare pediatric settings highly desired
• Comfort serving a K-12 caseload and collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction for students with various special needs across K-12 grades
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Maintain current records and document student progress
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administration
• Support students in achieving academic and social success in an inclusive setting
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions
