Speech Language Pathologist in Webster, NY

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Knowledge of evaluation tools, therapy techniques, and IEP processes
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to support a diverse student population with a range of speech, language, and communication needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student goals
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative services in accordance with student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families for cohesive support
• Maintain clear documentation of evaluation results, progress updates, and therapy outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Stay current with best practices and compliance mandates for school-based SLPs
