Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet individualized educational goals
- Collaborative approach to support students, teachers, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs within the educational setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support students’ educational progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress evaluations
- Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding OT best practices
