Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is highly valued
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in line with best practices and district requirements
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
  • Maintain accurate therapy records, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students’ success in the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide input on accommodations and strategies to maximize student participation and achievement
