Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an SLP in Arizona
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric populations is a plus
- Comfort with technology and virtual therapy platforms for teletherapy services
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in group and individual settings
- Serve students both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
- Adapt to changing caseloads, including providing coverage for maternity leaves
