Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a school psychologist (required)
- Prior experience in an elementary school setting preferred
- Proficient in IEP writing and implementation
- Skilled in providing one-on-one and group counseling services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25 elementary school students
- Develop, review, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling services to students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and suggest appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and well-being
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) and other school-wide support efforts
This assignment is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week, and runs from the date of hire through June 24th. You’ll work alongside a dedicated school team, connecting with professionals who value student-centered practices and holistic support.
