This full-time, onsite position spans from August 17th through June 4th, serving two dynamic school environments:

Role Highlights:

  • One position at Oakdale Middle School, supporting approximately 15 students within the Learning for Life Program (7:30am-3:30pm)
  • One position at a second elementary site (to be determined), working with a self-contained caseload of 10 students (9:00am-3:30pm)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Hold active Special Education certification applicable to the required age group
  • Previous experience in middle or elementary school SPED roles preferred
  • Comfortable managing self-contained or life skills caseloads
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators
  • Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
