Help make a direct impact on children’s growth and communication skills by providing dedicated speech-language services in a supportive educational setting near Colorado Springs, CO. This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists at all stages—whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Enjoy a manageable schedule with 32 hours each week, focusing on pediatric populations and students across school-age levels.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for CFY supervision)
  • Experience or interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver individualized therapies

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in groups
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose articulation, language, fluency, or voice disorders
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy logs, and required reports
  • Consult with educators, staff, and families to support students’ success in the classroom environment
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
