Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification, or willingness to obtain for WA state
  • Eligible for, or willing to complete, fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Experience with K-12 populations preferred
  • Leadership or supervision experience a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation
  • Supervise and guide Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs)
  • Implement and monitor individualized student support plans
  • Foster collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and program effectiveness
