Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Ohio licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working with school-aged children or in pediatric settings preferred
• Comfort with IEP processes, documentation, and collaborating with educational teams
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• COTAs must have or be open to required supervision by a qualified OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Assess, develop, and implement interventions to promote student access and achievement within their educational environment
• Accurately maintain records and progress notes, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Adjust therapy techniques as needed to meet diverse student needs and goals
