Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school environment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, students, and families
• Positive attitude and adaptability in dynamic school settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and plans
• Conduct assessments and create tailored interventions that support student development
• Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records
• Work closely with educators and families to develop strategies that encourage success in the classroom and beyond
• Provide input and feedback during IEP meetings
