We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong shell construction experience and be comfortable managing subcontractors, schedules, materials, and multiple homes while ensuring quality and structural accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction activities and oversee projects from layout through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, crews, materials, deliveries, and schedules.
- Layout and square buildings, ensuring structures are properly aligned, plumb, and built to specifications.
- Oversee multiple homes and maintain project schedules.
- Order materials and ensure jobsites remain properly supplied.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with builder Superintendents, subcontractors, and internal management.
- Identify and resolve construction issues in the field.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
- Maintain accurate project updates and communicate progress to management.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
- 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Strong residential construction experience.
- Extensive shell construction experience required.
- Hands-on knowledge of concrete, masonry, beam work, framing, and carpentry.
- Ability to layout and square buildings.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and structural accuracy.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple homes/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field.
- Comfortable using tablets and technology-based construction systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Stable employment history and willingness to grow with the company
