Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state SLP licensure or ability to obtain before start date
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to student needs, including group and individual sessions
- Document progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing professional development
