School Psychologist - Columbia, MD

We are seeking certified School Psychologists for three full-time contract opportunities. This onsite position offers a predictable weekday schedule, with 33.75 hours per week Monday through Friday, 7:25am to 2:40pm. Flexible options are available for those interested in part-time hours (3-4 days weekly).

What we’re looking for:

• Active Maryland School Psychologist certification (required)
• Experience working with middle school students preferred
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Ability to conduct psychoeducational assessments, develop intervention strategies, and collaborate in IEP processes
• Commitment to nurturing a safe, positive, and inclusive school culture

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Interpret assessment data for eligibility and service recommendations
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor IEPs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to implement evidence-based interventions
• Support crisis prevention and response as needed within the school
