Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-8th grade students with speech and language needs for the upcoming academic year. Based at a single location, you'll play an essential role in helping students develop vital communication skills while collaborating with a dedicated team of educators. The contract runs from August 26, 2026, through June 12, 2027, and offers a consistent weekly schedule, with school hours from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM and a 37.5 hour workweek.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
  • Previous experience serving K-8th grade populations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of cases, ranging from mild to moderate needs
  • Ability to thrive in a full-time, school-based contract setting

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students across grades K-8
  • Serve a caseload of approximately 30-50 students, adapting interventions to meet individual needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student achievement
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
