Now Hiring: Financial Reporting Accountant

I'm partnering with a growing organization in Greenwood Village, CO seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with public accounting or SEC reporting experience who wants to play a key role in financial reporting and compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks
• Support monthly and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting analyses
• Research and interpret US GAAP guidance
• Partner with internal and external auditors
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex accounting transactions
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred or CPA candidate
• 1+ years of public accounting experience with SEC exposure or 2-3+ years of SEC financial reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Advanced Excel skills; Oracle experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
