Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience in a K-12 school-based setting highly desired
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering engaging therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both with students and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward set goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure holistic student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and making data-driven recommendations
• Provide support, strategies, and resources for faculty and families regarding speech and language development
