Job Description

This full-time, contract opportunity focuses on supporting early childhood students within an elementary caseload. Qualifications:
- Current Special Education Certification (SPED Cert required; dual certification not needed)
- Experience with early childhood and/or elementary-age students preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to individualized student support
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and intervention to meet IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized education programs
- Monitor student progress and modify instructional strategies as needed
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
