Warehouse Supervisor

Robert Half is working with a respected manufacturing organization in the Billerica area seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join its team. This is a permanent role, reporting into a Warehouse Manager, leading day-to-day warehouse operations. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant warehouse experience and proven experience with material handling. Leadership skills are expected here.

For the right experience as a warehouse professional, our client is looking to pay a starting base salary up to $78,000. There is a bonus as well, and the benefits package is very competitive.

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or material handling roles.
• Demonstrated ability to track inventory accurately and manage stock in a warehouse setting.
• Hands-on experience with general warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and material movement.
• Familiarity with SAP Business Warehouse or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with supervisors and team members to support daily warehouse goals.
