School Occupational Therapist - Lebanon, New Hampshire

Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced Occupational Therapists who are passionate about supporting schools and guiding fellow therapy professionals. Located in the scenic Claremont, New Hampshire area, this role involves providing essential supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) throughout the school year. Each therapist will oversee up to two COTAs, ensuring best practices and compliance within school settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Occupational Therapist license (New Hampshire)
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to complete timely supervision documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site clinical supervision to assigned COTAs within school environments
• Provide approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA monthly, up to 20 hours per therapist
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to supervision
• Foster teamwork by communicating effectively with school staff and COTAs
• Promote high-quality therapy services and compliance with district requirements

Additional Details:

• Contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, with two openings available
• On-site presence required; mileage to and from Claremont is reimbursed at the current IRS rate
• Work up to 20 hours per month per Occupational Therapist, offering a flexible schedule to complement other professional commitments
