Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Placitas, NM

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• New Mexico License in Speech-Language Pathology from the NM Speech Language Pathology and Audiology Board
• New Mexico License issued by the PED Ancillary and Support Services
• Experience or interest in elementary and/or middle school caseloads preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services for a caseload of 40-50 students
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with school and regulatory requirements
