Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist licensure for Mississippi
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans for diverse student needs
• Comfortable providing services across a broad age range (PreK-12)
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals
• Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate staff and parents on techniques and strategies for student success
• Support students in developing motor skills, functional mobility, and access to curriculum

This position runs through May 26, 2027, with a start date as soon as possible. You’ll work five days per week, engaging with students and staff to promote inclusion and achievement throughout the school community.
