Make a difference in students’ lives by providing quality speech-language services in a school setting. This contract opportunity is perfect for passionate, dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive on supporting children’s communication and academic progress.

Two positions are available: one full-time split between two elementary schools, and one part-time (three days per week) focused at the middle school level. You’ll collaborate with educators and caregivers, assess students, and help them achieve their full potential through tailored speech and language interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in Colorado
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred (will consider CFY candidates)
  • Experience providing services to children in school settings is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, organized, and adaptable to different age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement IEP-based interventions for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain documentation and progress notes as required by best practices
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary solutions
  • Provide support and professional guidance to classroom staff and caregivers
