Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Delaware Special Education Teacher license (required for consideration)
• Proven experience or strong desire to support students with diverse learning needs
• Competency in adapting curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student goals

• Excellent communication skills for student, parent, and staff collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Implement evidence-based strategies and accommodations

• Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive, supportive environment
• Partner with general education staff to ensure student success
