Desired Qualifications:
- CCC-SLP credential required
- Prior experience within school settings, especially with elementary-age students
- Strong foundation in managing mild to moderate speech and language caseloads
- Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple school sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and deliver speech-language services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough, accurate records of student progress and assessments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to promote student achievement
- Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student goals and accommodations
- Advocate for speech and language development within the educational environment
- Engage positively with diverse student populations and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive school culture
