Qualifications:
- MUST have an active IL SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Able to commit to onsite services—remote candidates will not be considered
- Enthusiasm for working with elementary and middle school caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings
