Network/Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to provide hands-on infrastructure support. This contract position will oversee daily network and systems operations and help deliver infrastructure projects. The role is ideal for someone who can balance technical execution and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Direct infrastructure support (network and systems) and administration across multiple locations, ensuring stable and reliable operations.

• Work with enterprise IT partners to roll out shared technology standards, company-wide initiatives, and operational improvements.

• Lead infrastructure projects from initial planning through implementation, testing, and post-deployment support.

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, VMware platforms, and workstation systems.

• Oversee backup, recovery, and system availability processes, including support for enterprise backup tools such as Commvault.

• Support network connectivity by troubleshooting switches, wireless infrastructure, routing, and related access issues.

• Contribute to security, compliance, security improvement efforts across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in network/systems administration, infrastructure support.

• Strong background managing networks, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows 10 environments.

• Experience administering VMware and supporting both physical and virtual server infrastructure.

• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including switching protocols, IP routing, wireless access points, and connectivity troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery platforms; Commvault experience is preferred.

• Ability to lead infrastructure initiatives and coordinate technical work across multiple locations.
