Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in schools or with K-12 populations highly valued
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other service providers
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services in a variety of formats (individual, group, classroom-based)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute actively to multi-disciplinary teams for student support and programming
