Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in schools or with K-12 populations highly valued
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and other service providers
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in a variety of formats (individual, group, classroom-based)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Contribute actively to multi-disciplinary teams for student support and programming
