Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
- Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Commitment to evidence-based practices for pediatric speech and language disorders
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for assigned students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging, data-driven therapy sessions individually and in small groups
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decision-making
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
