Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification required
• New Mexico SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working with school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Collaborative approach with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students as needed
• Develop and deliver individualized interventions based on IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, attendance, and communication logs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff on student care strategies
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to support students’ success
• Operate within school policies and state/federal regulations for speech-language services
