What we’re looking for:
- Current and valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license
- Experience or strong interest in delivering services across the K-12 age spectrum
- Skill in psychological assessment, counseling, and developing intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student success
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping abilities
- Enthusiasm for contributing to school-wide initiatives and supporting positive learning environments
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify students' learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Participating in IEP meetings and developing individualized education plans
- Providing direct support and interventions to students individually and in small groups
- Consulting and collaborating with educators, administrators, and families on best practices
- Supporting crisis intervention and contributing to the overall safety and well-being of students
- Maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation
- Delivering services in a single assigned school
- Managing a typical caseload for K-12 students
