Position Details:

• Discipline: Special Education (Mod/Severe)
• Dates: August 13, 2026 – June 4, 2027
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Caseload: High School ESN classroom, Grades 9–12, supporting students with autism

Special Education Teacher Job Description:

• Provide specialized instruction to high school students with moderate to severe disabilities in an autism-focused classroom
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students with academic, functional, communication, behavioral, and life-skills goals
• Utilize individualized instructional strategies and accommodations to meet diverse student needs
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, instructional staff, and school teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with special education requirements

Pay & Benefits:

Requirements:

• Active California Moderate/Severe Special Education Credential (required)
