Qualifications:
- Current OT license, or eligibility for licensure, in New Mexico
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations is highly desired

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Commitment to providing individualized, student-centered therapy
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services onsite
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and family members to support student success
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress
