Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for California or eligibility for state licensure
- CCC-SLP or current CFY status welcomed
- Experience (clinical or school-based) with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostics of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and deliver targeted therapy for students with mild to moderate needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and accommodations
- Support the daily social and academic development of students
