Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across elementary and middle school levels
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, assessments, and evidence-based therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students, including assessments and individualized therapy
- Develop, document, and monitor student progress through IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Consult with school personnel to integrate effective communication strategies in classrooms
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and district protocols
