Job Description
Step into an exciting opportunity to support elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year! This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with two openings available starting in August. You'll work with an engaging caseload of elementary-aged students, helping them thrive in an educational setting.
Candidates who have completed or are currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), as well as SLP-CCC professionals, are encouraged to apply. This environment values collaboration, communication, and a passion for student growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license or eligible for licensure
- CCC-SLP or CFY status accepted
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Passion for helping elementary-aged children achieve their communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive team environment
